The Finnish Culinary Team is proudly participating in celebrating Finland's independence at the President's Independence Day reception on December 6. This year's theme is "Together", which emphasizes community and the importance of cooperation in building Finland. The national team of chefs brings their own expertise and passion for the promotion of Finnish gastronomy to this celebration.
The servings of the Independence Day reception are an important part of the celebration's tradition, and this year the national chef team participates in the planning and execution of the food servings on the third floor of the party, serving themed delicacies. The goal is to highlight domestic ingredients, traditional flavors and innovative solutions that reflect the diversity and development of Finnish food culture.
